Specification of 500MW Full Auto Solar Module Production Turnkey Line

 

1.Equipment technical availability: ≥98% excluding repair and maintenance, calculated by working for 1 year.
2.Equipment service life: ≥10 years.
3.Working noise: ≤50dbA.
4.Applicable range: altitude below 1000 meters, 24 hrs work under normal working environment.
5.Reliable displacement sensor, excellent interlock system and fault tolerance ability to avoid man-made wrong operation.
6.Equipment has on-line, un-feeding testing sensor, coherent operation of every working station;
jacking-top mechanism moves smoothly, no shake; consistent height at transient part, smooth and steady joint.
7.Install an emergency stop button at manual operation station of the whole conveyor line.
8.Use buzzer with 3 color light, alarming sound is buzzer.
9.Good ground connection.
10.Structure of conveying unit for whole line is aluminum profile, specification is 40* 80mm, customized for Horad.
11.Conveyor runs stably, no vibration, equipment runs normally, module NG rate caused by production line less than 1/10000.
12.Belt wheel and guide wheel have safety protective device to avoid from clipping and post safety warning stickers at necessary places.
13.Mechanical devices like pump, motor etc. have good performance and usage lifetime, convenient and quick to maintain, moisture proof and corrosion proof, metallic parts are anti-rust treated.
14.Reserve personnel channel in the layout of whole line to ensure maintenance of laminator and personnel passing.
