Laminating: The solar cells with the encapsulant are placed on the conveyor belt and fed into the Solar Laminating Machine.
Heating And Vacuuming: The heating system melts the encapsulant material, while the vacuum system removes air bubbles.
Applying pressure
The pressure system applies uniform pressure to ensure proper bonding.
Cooling
After the lamination process, the solar panels are cooled to solidify the encapsulant material.
