Curved PV modules,including front panel,solar cell pack,back panel and encapsulation film;the front panel,the solar cell pack and the backplane are stacked successively,and are encapsulated together by the encapsulation film;wherein,the front panel,the solar cell pack and the backplane are curved,and the connecting surface has the same fluctuation radian;The curved photovoltaic module is an arch or wavy curved body.By applying silicon based solar cells in series or parallel using imbricated technology,pieced or half wafer technology to curved PV modules,the curved PV modules reduce production costs and improve the generation conversion rate of the modules compared to curved PV modules using amorphous silicon thin film solar cells.

As for the curved photovoltaic module and its preparation method,the preparation method adopts a two-step method.First,the curved photovoltaic module is placed in the vacuum sealed chamber for temperature rise and vacuum extraction.In the vacuum sealed chamber,no pressure or a small pressure is applied to the curved photovoltaic modules,so that the adhesive film is wrapped around the silicon-based solar cell chip to form a protective film.Then it is transferred to the pressurized sealing chamber,heated,and then through the gas into the pressurized sealing chamber to pressurize the curved photovoltaic module,so that the curved photovoltaic module has uniform force,so as to avoid the silicon-based solar cell chip rupture,and improve the yield of curved photovoltaic module.

However,the lamination method of the curved photovoltaic modules is a difficult problem to be solved in the whole production process,so our company has specially developed and designed.
