Rotary vane pump disassembly maintenance
Rotary vane pump disassembly maintenance steps:
1, exhaust the internal oil of the pump cavity
2, disassemble the rear end plate
3, remove the low rotor and low rotary vane
4, clean the low rotor and end plate,
5, clean and polish the partition and cylinder wall in the pump cavity
6, return to the low rotor and low rotary vane (low rotary vane groove outward)
7, install the end plate
8, add new oil ,maintenance is completed
⓵Release the internal oil in the pump chamber
⓶Remove the screws and open the rear end plate
⓷Replace the two shaft seals in the shaft seal box
⓸Clean the rear end plate (sandpaper can be used)
⓹Clean the rotor (especially the rotor slot, if there is debris in the slot will cause the rotor telescopic not freely, there will be cylinder knocking phenomenon, damage the cylinder)
⓺Clean the divider
⓻Clean and sand the cylinder
⓼Clean and sand the rotary
⓽Install the cleaned rotor and rotor (rotary groove must be outward, can also be replaced with a new spring), and then install the back end plate, add new oil to complete maintenance.
