Oil Heating Single Layer Laminator

After years of application practice and technical improvement, oil heating laminating machine has become a mature and stable product.

The design was inspired by the heater pipe in north China. The Chinese would fill the ground with pipes and run hot water through them to keep their homes warm on cold winter days. Hot water pipes run through every house in the city, centrally supplied by a thermal power plant.

So in our oil heating type laminator, we use a heating plate with a hole in the middle to circulate heat-conducting oil inside the chamber to ensure an appropriate temperature, and the temperature uniformity can reach ±1.5℃.

We will place 5-10 temperature sensors on the heating plate to detect the surface temperature of the heating plate. When the actual temperature detected by PLC exceeds the set temperature range of 2 degrees, the machine will adjust the surface temperature by adjusting the heating station or stopping the heating.

Accessory: heating station, include hot oil pump and motor to support oil to the chamber circulating line.

1.Adjust the overtemperature protection switch to 180℃.(according to the actual situation, when the solar module process needs higher temperature, it can be adjusted to 190℃ to prevent over temperature alarm.)
2.Confirm that the oil pressure is stable before starting the heating, and pay attention to the oil level and oil pressure changes at any time during the heating process. If the oil pressure decreases or the oil level is too high during the heating process, stop the heating, only operate the oil pump, circulate the heat transfer oil, and start heating when the pressure rises. (Be careful not to close the exhaust valve at this time).
3.When the equipment is running, the hot oil circulation system will produce high temperature. Do not contact the high temperature parts to avoid scalding.
4.The heat oil heating system of the equipment has high temperature and pressure. It is forbidden to maintain the equipment without completely cooling and uncut power supply.
5.Please do not touch the hot oil pipe, otherwise it may cause scalding.
6.Staff must wear insulation gloves when placing or removing modules manually,otherwise may result in scalding.
7.Attention: When close the heating station, firstly close the heating function of the heating station, close the oil pump motor when the temperature cools to below 100℃. Heating station does not open the heating function.
8.If laminating machine equipment is placed outdoors for a period of time , laminating machine needs to be placed in the production workshop for a period of time, make the temperature of laminating machine equipment and production workshop consistent.
