Main structure: loading table, 1st layer 1st chamber, 1st layer 2nd chamber, 2nd layer 1st chamber, 2nd layer 2nd chamber, buffer type unloading table. Two sets heating stations. Vacuum pumps quantity depend on which type pumps you choose, we have two options, one is Chinese pump, another is German pump.
