Total four chambers working at the same time, four times capacity to single chamber laminator, It is also the best-selling model in China.

Main structure: loading table, 1^st layer 1^st chamber, 1^st layer 2^nd chamber, 2^nd layer 1^st chamber, 2^nd layer 2^nd chamber, unloading table. Two sets heating stations. Vacuum pumps quantity depend on which type pumps you choose, we have two options, one is Chinese pump, another is German pump.

5.The DD-type laminator is designed as double-chamber structure with two heat-laminating sections, each section has independent heating and vacuum system which is adaptable to continuous production for mono crystalline, polycrystalline and amorphous silicon cells.
6.Add one heat-laminating section to the conventional single heat-laminating section laminator, to separately control the temperature, vacuum and pressure of two sections, especially suitable to laminate double-glass and PVB modules.

8.Major parts of vacuum system are imported components, type of valve is pneumatic butterfly valve; ultimate vacuum of the equipment can reach to 40Pa. The first laminating chamber can rapidly reach to the limit of 120Pa at the atmospheric condition within 120 seconds, the second laminating chamber can rapidly reach to the limit of 200Pa at the atmospheric condition within 120 seconds.
9.Pirani vacuum gauge and digital display vacuum gauge measure vacuum. Air charging speed in upper chamber is adjustable.

11.Electrical installation of equipment must be operated by professionals
When the equipment is connected to the power supply, the electric gas tank, motor, heating station, vacuum pump and other potential leakage equipment can be used to protect the equipment
Equipment maintenance and maintenance shall be carried out after the equipment is cut off.
Be sure to maintain good grounding of the equipment, otherwise it may lead to shock.
Do not open the cover of the terminal when the equipment is energized or run. Otherwise, it may cause shock.
Do not contact the circuit board with water on hand, otherwise it may cause shock.
12.Prevent water and other liquids from splashing onto heating boards, heating station tanks and distribution cabinets, so as to avoid equipment failure.
