Double Layer Single Chamber Laminator

This is a Double Layer Single Chamber Laminator.

The laminator is base on normal single layer with tiple chamber laminator, for shorten the whole length, we design a buffer structure on the unloading table.

Main structure: loading table, two section hot pressing units (according to customer needs to choose heating mode), one cooling unit, buffer unloading table. Three sets pumps (according to user needs to choose Chinese pump or Germany pump). Two sets heating stations.

Can be standard 2700*6200mm, 2800*7000mm, other size can be custom-made. (please contact with sales)

11.Automatic: chamber fully automatic loading and unloading, intelligent control, can be connected with the fully automatic production line. The H-type upper box has a circulating high-temperature cloth structure, which is synchronized with the lower conveyor belt and can be connected with the automatic assembly line.、
12.Easy maintenance: The internal structure can facilitate equipment maintenance and operation personnel to check the equipment status and abnormal conditions, so as to facilitate the replacement of wearing parts and consumables; The frame structure is simple, and the maintenance personnel can access any parts for maintenance.
13.High flexibility: Each chamber is completely independent design, with an independent vacuum and pressure system, or a chamber can work independently; When one chamber or one layer is down for maintenance, the operation of the other chamber will not be affected. chamber is fully designed with independent vacuum and pressure system, and can also work independently. When a chamber or a deck happens failure downtime maintenance, another chamber or deck’s work will not be affected.
14.Security: The raw materials used in the whole machine are not poisonous, harmful and radioactive materials, which are not flammable and explosive. The machine has stable structure, reliable operation and high mechanical safety.
15.Under the condition of the same production capacity, compared with the ordinary double-cavity laminator of the same size, the floor space of the laminator reduces the length of the input-output platform, which saves the factory space of users and reduces the production cost. Under the premise of the same production capacity, more centralized equipment can reduce the number of operators and save labor costs.
